Our entire production process from purchase of the cocoa bean, our own roasting processes and the manufacture of chocolate liquor up to and including distribution of the chocolate is completely controlled by us and the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC and IFS standards. This is founded on our high production capacities. We possess over 200 reusable containers for the prompt delivery of liquids and when it comes to solid articles, we have a forward-looking warehousing system.
Wide product range
We manufacture more than 30 different couverture and chocolate recipes in the most different delivery forms. Our range of totally over 100 articles spans fillings, compound coatings, roasted hazelnut and almond products, croquants, cocoa liquors, cocoa powder and chocolate powder.
We have supplied industry branches such as the chocolate industry, breakfast manufacturers and gastro-food-service for several decades in Switzerland and foreign countries.
